Clock Tower Tree

The Decatur County Courthouse in Greensburg, Indiana, has had trees growing from its clock tower since the 1870s. The locals claim that the presence of the trees is a mystery. Perhaps they grow their naturally. Perhaps it is a very long-running marketing stunt. Regardless of the source of the tree, a tree growing on top of a courthouse tower is an intriguing sight.
